Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

1. Business identification

This service is operated by Revive Premium Mobile Wash.

2. Services

We offer two mobile detailing packages — Stage 1 (a maintenance detail) and Stage 2 (a full detail) — plus an Exterior Only option, across the service areas listed on this site (Caesarea, Hadera, Or Akiva, Zikhron Yaakov, Pardes Hanna-Karkur and Binyamina). The service is performed only at a location the customer specifies — we have no fixed facility for walk-in customers.

3. Booking

Booking happens via a WhatsApp message to 055-976-0133. No prepayment is required to book a time.

4. Cancellation policy

We never take payment in advance for any booking — payment happens only after the service is actually performed. Because of that, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment at any point before we arrive, at no cost and with no refund process needed, simply by messaging us on WhatsApp at 055-976-0133.

There are currently no cancellation fees and no no-show fees. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if a booked time is no longer needed, so we can offer it to another customer.

5. Liability

• We treat every vehicle with care and professionalism, but we are not responsible for damage, wear, or defects that existed in the vehicle before treatment began (for example, pre-existing scratches, torn upholstery, or already-loose or broken components).
• The customer is responsible for removing cash, jewelry, documents, or other valuables from the vehicle before treatment begins. Revive Premium Mobile Wash is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
• Please let us know in advance about sensitive components or non-standard additions to the vehicle (such as special wraps, aftermarket electronics, or existing coatings) so we can adjust the treatment and avoid damaging them.
• In the rare case of damage caused by our proven negligence, our liability is limited to the reasonable actual cost of repair, and will not exceed the cost of the service provided.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of booking is the one that applies.
